Great food great service. And the bourbon selection absolutely amazing. Prices are great and we were told about their Airbnb as well. Thinking of doing that in the spring / summer.
A definite spot to come to if you are in Delaware. We had a. Chicken and original gyro for lunch, it was great and very fresh. Kyle our bartender was awesome great to talk to and very knowledgeable. Be prepared for the wall of liquor! Many to choose from!
Great Mediterranean food with a bourbon connoisseur flair. With about 1300 bourbon/whiskey options, you will be hard pressed to not find what you are looking to try. All of the food is great, with many items crafted with "Bourbon-sauce" options. While this is know for bourbon and Greek cuisine, I was surprised to see so many beer options as well. Many craft local brews on tap and some o have not seen else where. Service is attentive and friendly. Overall this is a top notch Mediterranean tavern, that I recommend you check out anytime you are near the Delaware area.
My wife chose this restaurant as her birthday dinner. My daughter and her partner came up to join us and it was a wonderful dinner. The food was very good. The service was excellent. Their alcohol selection is extensive to say the least.
Oh my goodness, what a treat in downtown Delaware! Went with my mom, who is notoriously picky. Weeks later, she’s still talking about the BBQ sauce on her cheeseburger. The fried pickles are just a delight—not too crisp, juicy pickle inside. And the spanakopita. Besides the generous portions, the taste was incredible. Genuine fresh spinach and onions, smothered together with feta. I, as well, am still thinking about this food weeks later. Great, quick service. Incredible food. Great atmosphere and decor. If you or yours are into bourbon or scotch, this is your new go-to!
Photos show the chicken platter, regular gyro, and argos chicken platter. All the food including the chicken is well seasoned and delicious. Despite being packed the service was in a timely manner. The only down side is the small location which makes it loud inside and difficult to hold conversations.
Consistently great food! I love the chicken kopanisti gyro. It’s been my go-to meal for years. Customer service is always great. The owner, Genti, is very friendly and personable and always stops to say “hi” when he sees me. He pours so much time and effort into his business and the efforts are very apparent. It’s also an excellent place if you’re into bourbons.
